10+ years of experience in leading/managing Salesforce implementations in Agile methodology; possesses extensive experience in leading high complexity projects involving multiple IT partners and vendors; candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in the following areas:
Leadership - leads and manages teams; setting and communicating the project vision, motivating the teams; gets team (and organizational) buy-in, resolves conflicts, sets goals, and evaluates performance; enforces processes and project timeline.
Planning skills - creating, monitoring and managing project plans; identify and setting critical milestones and dependencies;
Risk management - proactively identifying and mitigating unplanned issues
Negotiation skills - ability to negotiate scope and timeline with business and IT partners.
