Join the Enterprise DOS team and be part of the transformation efforts to accelerate Fidelity's move to delivering fully digitized, frictionless client journeys. Partner closely with the RADS program to multiply the respective capabilities and leverage our best in class digital assets. Specifically, the RADS Insights team will focus on the Servicing and operations experience across Fidelity, using data to provide actionable Insights that inform, inspire and educate RADS and BU leaders on opportunities to improve the Digital Servicing experience. The team will define, develop and run the insights program that tracks the level of adoption of digital capabilities (i.e., toolkit) and process re-engineering (process health index) at the BU and enterprise level.

 

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years in Financial Services in a Data Analytics role, Bachelor's Degree required

  • Strong analytical skills and use of root cause analysis and diagnostics.

  • Innovative thinker who uses visualization tools to simplify complex data sets and patterns.

  • Thorough understanding of leading data modeling principles and patterns

  • Data Architectural expertise in project, product, and cross product technology strategy

  • Experience working with data analysis, migration, and modeling tools (e.g. one or more of the following: ER/Win, Power Designer, ERStudio or other similar tool)

  • Data Warehouse design concepts and data warehouse reference models

  • Understanding of technologies costs (e.g. level of effort, infrastructure costs, etc) and the ability to model their implications based on recommended architectures

The Purpose of Your Role

The individual will join a team of leaders dedicated to building an enterprise RADS Insights function. Our mission is to expedite the transition of Fidelity in delivering frictionless digital experiences to individuals and institutions. Partnering closely with the RADS team you'll develop the standards for understanding the end-end Servicing experience including the front end digital experience, end-end processing as well as workflow redesign opportunities to drive re-engineering efforts. The work will target opportunities as well as establish a baseline for measuring success. Ultimately this team should consider themselves experts on gleaning insights that inform and inspire the RADS and BU Digital leaders.  The ultimate goal being to drive for a leaner, faster, more cost effective servicing organization across Fidelity through scaled delivery of consistent platforms and processes with our business partners.

  • You have knowledge of and ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others and the use of this material to support empirical research

  • Your ability to adapt and overcome allows you to excel in this fast changing and ever evolving industry

  • You have proven ability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines  

The Value You Deliver

  • You will be supporting the business units in establishing metrics around common customer journey's specific to servicing activity.

  • You will provide detailed data analysis and insights around work process along with forecasting and trending analysis that results in key reporting for Fidelity Business Unit leadership

  • You will develop and implements ad-hoc analyses around our core processes to provide intelligence and insights around key areas of process improvement that will result in higher customer and associate satisfaction, and reduce costs across Fidelity Business Units.

  • Work closely with the business units to identify and recommend needed data analysis to bridge business knowledge gaps

  • Partner with the RADS team to select best in class solutions or deliver requirements for new platforms or tools.

  • You'll be a close collaborator with the BU DOS teams and the RADS platform teams to deploy common solutions
