AIG is looking for Records Imaging Associates who enjoy working in a high paced environment and believe in top notch customer service to join our Capture Operations team. The team that is a vital link in doing business with AIG.
As a Records Imaging Associate you will be reporting to the Manager of a specific line of business and to the Director of Capture Operations.
Your contribution at AIG
As a highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter, your primary function will be preparing incoming mail for electronic scanning. The electronic scanning converts paper documents into an electronic imaging system which then routes the electronic images to workflows for client requests to be processed by downstream partners.
A few other highlighted opportunities within this job are cross training to prep/scan mail on other lines of business, processing live incoming checks, indexing/classifying electronic images to flow to various workflows, and excellent communication skills will allow you to research/respond to incoming email inquiries. What we are looking for
- General computer knowledge and solid data entry skills needed.As well as the ability to use multiple systems/applications at one time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility/ability to quickly move from one task to another with a sense of urgency and not losing sight of attention to detail.
- Team player—ability to work well within a team of 8-10 team members
- Dependable with excellent attendance.Some overtime may be required.
Ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience is desirable. Some college preferred but not required.
