The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of developing plans and strategies, leading to best-in-class customer experiences

  • Experience working on teams developing financial services products or offering models; wealth management experience preferred

  • Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client centric, fast paced environment

  • Experience with data-driven approaches to decision making

  • Bachelors or equivalent with 10 to 12 years of experience, or Masters with 8 to 10 years of experience

  • MBA strongly preferred

  • CFP, CFA, CPWA is a plus

The Purpose of Your Role

As a squad member working on Fidelity's Wealth Management Advisory offering, you will partner to define and grow the Advisory experience for clients and Fidelity associates in Fidelity Personal Investing's investor center and regional phone centers. The wealth management advisory services driven by your squad will accelerate growth within our multi-billion dollar Wealth Management business. You will work closely and collaboratively across technology, marketing, user experience, distribution, and product management functions.

  • You are experienced in applying strategic marketing and product development principles to drive competitive edge

  • You are committed to cross-functional collaboration to achieve the best results for clients, and for Fidelity

  • You are intellectually curious and love learning new skills and capabilities

The Value You Deliver

  • Leading key areas of squad work (as determined by Squad Leader)

  • Partnering with Squad Leader and Squad Members to define, test, measure, and iterate on details of Fidelity's Wealth Management offering

  • As a member of a look-ahead Squad, you will be setting direction and collaborating with other squads to assess alignment of proposed work with KPIs and relative priority of the work versus other backlog items

  • Performing competitive and consumer analysis, identifying and applying insights driving Fidelity's differentiation

  • Developing and evolving ideas that effectively bring together client needs, emerging technology and financial trends, and Fidelity's offering goals

  • Identifying KPIs, building measurement plans, and conducting measurement against KPIs

  • With your squad, ensuring continued relevance and authenticity of Fidelity's advice offerings
