We have an exciting opportunity in our Early Career Recruiting team to join as a Campus Recruiter and Operations Lead. You will assist in the development and implementation of our Early Career recruiting and talent pipeline strategies. In addition to direct recruiting responsibilities where you work closely with businesses to develop, coordinate and execute recruiting strategy for both summer and full-time hires. You will also serve as the team's lead to help run the business of Recruiting from end to end and ensure optimal performance across all areas, including driving operational efficiency, implementing world-class technology, and ultimately ensuring the highest level of performance across our digital recruitment footprint.

This position will be based in our New York City headquarters

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Lead recruiting for one or more business lines in the US with a focus on diversity, marketing, and identifying innovative approaches and practices to reach target talent
  • Assist with managing relevant metrics, such as forecasting, budgets, global headcount, recruiting successes, diversity initiatives, and ad hoc projects
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Early Career on various projects including business planning assessments, recruiting initiatives, and progress reports
  • Assess and report on usage and effectiveness of digital recruiting platforms
  • Serve as the project lead for key strategic initiatives within recruiting by setting goals, tracking progress and providing updates to key HR stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, plus 5+ years of campus recruiting experience
  • Advanced knowledge of and familiarity with data structures in applicant tracking, talent management, and general HRIS systems
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience managing large scale, complex projects spanning multiple regions
  • Analytical mindset and technical skillset - excellent quantitative skills, data analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization to drive outcomes
  • Exceptional judgment and adaptability; able to anticipate potential problems and escalates issues when appropriate
  • Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through required
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization and deliver information to leaders of managers
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
