PURPOSE OF JOB Utilize high levels of analytical, investigative, organizational, and communication skills to research and resolve inquiries regarding legal documentation from clients, legal representatives and other client-authorized individuals. Process and record legal authorization for additional parties and coordinate responses in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have thorough knowledge of PC software, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Must demonstrate excellent organizational and analytical skills. Must have ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and prioritize, analyze, and resolve problems. Good interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge and understanding of company practices and procedures. Must be detailed and able to review legal documents and determine authority provided by those documents. Must be able to provide written responses to complex legal authorization requests (e.g. power of attorney requests, guardianship requests, and conservatorship requests, etc.) in a clear, concise, customer-friendly manner. Must be able to work overtime as the business needs arise including Saturday work.
