Perform telephonic case management of an assigned group of workers' compensation claims, including return-to work coordination, medical treatment plan management, medication management and causation analysis.
RN or RPT required. CCM Preferred.
3 years prior clinical experience in a management care or healthcare setting, preferably within a workers' compensation or disability management setting. Excellent written and oral skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required. Proficiency in computer skills and telephone customer service is required.
This position can be filled in any of the HDi locations of Pittsburgh, PA, Clayton, MO, Farmington, CT or Dallas, TX.
