As a member of the Individual Retirement Variable Annuity Claims team, you will be helping clients with various financial services that impact their accounts and assist beneficiaries with various financial requirements to pay the death benefit on contracts. You will service accounts on various operating systems; change and or update product services to the accounts; send funds and update required fields accurately; communicate directly with advisors and other key field representatives regarding clients and beneficiary financial and non-financial claims transactions; ensure compliance with all transaction processing.
Organizational Structure

This position reports to a Manager of Individual Retirement Variable Annuity Claims and works closely with internal and external customers and other departments researching alternative approaches to meet client needs.

• 1 to 2 years of clerical experience with heavy data entry skills and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel products.
• Ability to obtain strong knowledge of financial product lines.
• Must be able to work overtime with little notice due to requirements of processing standards and workload.
• Must have strong research and problem solving skills.
• Must have excellent customer service/communication skills including both verbal and written communication skills.
