Fidelity Clearing and Custody Solutions (FCCS) is looking for an inside salesperson to help financial advisors explore their options for independence.  Our goal is to help advisors ensure that they are always future-ready by providing knowledgeable consulting, exceptional people and transformative technology.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3-5 years of sales experience (preferably in the financial services industry)

  • RIA or Wirehouse experience a plus

  • Series 7 and 63 licenses

The Purpose of Your Role

The Business Development Consultant will uncover new opportunities with financial advisors searching for an independent model for their business.  You will cultivate the opportunities to drive net new asset growth for Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions.  This is done by generating leads as well as closing new business directly with the firm.

The Value You Deliver

  • Consulting with prospects about using FCCS to custody their assets by joining one of our strategic partners or doing business directly with FCCS

  • Cultivating leads to drive new assets in an assigned region

  • Partnering with Field Sales and Relationship Management to execute on the region's strategic plan

  • Making outbound calls to broker dealer advisors looking to break away from their current firm as well as existing RIAs searching for a new custodian

  • Meeting and exceeding specified asset growth and new client goals in the assigned region

  • Understanding and effectively communicating FCCS' value proposition to prospects and centers of influence

  • Developing an understanding of the prospects' business through profiling and determine if FCCS' products and services can add value to their business
