Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training to external customers focused on “how to do business” with AIG. Training will include, but is not limited to: Connext, Winflex, InsMark, how to submit iGo e-application, licensing and commissions (appointment process), Forms, UW, Automated UW processes, Case Management, “Who's Who within AIG”, AIG preferred vendors (CRL, EMSI, etc..) inforce illustrations, how to find inforce information, Marketing tools - Generation Station, Retire Stronger, playbook resources, etc
- When not traveling, Sales Trainer will follow up with business areas on operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and provide refresher webinar training to ensure Sales knowledge is up to date and accurate
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience
Previous experience as a trainer/mentor in a financial sales organization preferred
FINRA Series 6 & 63 preferred. Life license
Strong verbal & written communication
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to communicate and implement ideas

- Strong presentation skill
- Ability to understand, explain business processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
