Position Overview: Provide software development and support for business applications, process improvements and general software enhancements. Identify and implement improvements to IT / business processes and applications. Key contact for deployments of IT processes and gatekeepers for hand off process for longer-term general and specialized support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responds to production issues with existing software applications and processes. Resolves issues with programming
• Performs SSRS Report Development
• Reviews / Codes / Manages and implements data changes as needed
• Oversees deployment process to ensure successful production roll outs with minimal business interruptions
• Delivers effective communication and follow up to end-users on status of outstanding support issues, process improvement projects and/or enhancements
• Approves application team's documentation for acceptance of new support items
• Provides root cause analysis on production support issues to generate process improvement projects to reduce on-going support
• Adheres to team SLAs

Job Requirements:
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent customer service-oriented attitude
• Proven time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge SQL and relational database technologies
• High attention to detail and plan to streamline processes
• Proven ability to multi-task multiple priorities and react quickly to changing conditions
• Understanding of software development process Beneficial Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of .Net, C#, and/or Salesforce
• Troubleshooting and problem diagnosis experience
• Prior experience in SLA management Education/Experience Requirements:
• Associate's degree in MIS/Computing/Engineering; B.S. preferred (or equivalent experience.)
• 1-3 years experience in software development
