Travel Guard is currently seeking a Team Leader for our World Service Center Department to assist our management team with the day-to-day operations and play a vital role in employee development. This position will supervise and monitor sales and service representatives on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule, provide performance feedback, assist representatives as needed and will handle supervisory calls.
Qualified candidates must have a passion for sales and service. Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Strong time management skills
Professional verbal/written communication skills
The ability to work well with people at all levels.
Applicants must have leadership experience OR one year experience working with Travel Guard products.
