Sales Effectiveness Intern - Westlake, TX
This intern assignment will consist of actively contributing to key deliverables identified in the Investor Center and Regional Center Operating Plan and Personal Investing's 5-year plan.
The intern will support the National Branch Sales and Service team, and in turn, the strategic objectives of the Branch and Phone Channel. These strategic objectives include: Building a High Performing Organization, Driving Operational Effectiveness, Delivering Outstanding Relationships & Driving Growth and Productivity.
Build a High Performing Organization
Work on organizing, writing and delivering key communications pieces for our field associates.
Communication pieces will include:
Facilitating a large weekly conference call with insight into upcoming deployments to live channel
Creating an interactive calendar that highlights key deployments and initiatives for our live channel constituents
Driving Operational Effectiveness
Maintain a web-based document repository which will house all key process and procedural content for the Sales Effectiveness team, within Headquarters. This repository will contain content that will be deployed to our live channel associates.
Refine the process to maintain the content in this repository over time as needed
Delivering Outstanding Relationships
Assist in analyzing trend in Loyalty scores and customer verbatims
Driving Growth and Productivity
Support our Field Readiness Directors on deploying products and initiatives to live channel that will enable growth in our customer base and drive productivity. Example of work includes helping this team manage deployment plans, and assisting with recurring capacity management reports, which helps our senior leadership team understand the capacity of our organization.
This opportunity will include immersion into our home office culture , by sitting within a team that acts as a liaison between our live channel associates, and our product partners
