Critical position to the effective progression of market conduct examinations. Facilitates rates governance processes across business, legal and service delivery colleagues. Supports business and compliance requirements for business process improvements, technology development, and new ventures. Responsibilities: Identify, locate, review and prepare documentation responsive to regulatory demands, including but not limited to, underwriting files, policies, claims, audits, adjustments; and their respective systems and procedures. Perform forensics to demonstrate compliance, and when appropriate determine required remedial measures to achieve or exceed required levels of compliance. Marshall appropriate subject matter experts within the enterprise in addressing compliance gaps; communicating corrective action plans and monitoring such to completion on time on budget. Effectively facilitate rates governance among business units, including adoption of rules, forms, and rating plans in support of business unit objectives. Support COE training, process improvements, and individual account resolution as required.

Job Requirements:
Strong commercial underwriting experience (minimum five years). Strong project management skills, communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of primary casualty regulatory structures, processes; bureau manuals, rates, rating plans and forms. Ability to collaborate effectively with technology, shared services and regulatory reporting colleagues in determining, developing and documenting business requirements. College degree required; advanced certifications/licenses preferred.
