Ensure all Test activities follow required business testing standards, tools, and methods Ability to test in different project management methodology's, Waterfall and AGILE Plan and coordinate all aspects of system user testing - User Acceptance Testing of system functionality for geography project or part of global program Hands On Test Planning, detailed Test Case documentation, Test Completion Assessment, Exit and Entry criteria, and execution coordination as needed Partner with IT team to agree support required for user testing of functionality Facilitate business inputs to testing - resources, environments, facilities Facilitate business outputs of testing - defect agreement, prioritization and management Work with various Business , Technology and Program Management stakeholders and business executives and drive User Testing to closure Handle multiple project / work stream testing tracks concurrently Independently lead and facilitate user testing demonstrations and guided testing sessions Defect tracking and status communication to management Drive business approval prior to technical and operational launches Skilled in managing expectations and conflict resolution
• 5 - 7 years' experience in Business Systems User Testing specifically around User Acceptance Testing for Medium to Large complexity Programs
• Competency in the insurance domain
• Bachelor's degree from 4-year college
• Good understanding of technology processes (e.g. change management, security operations, technology operations, business continuity, etc.) and application controls.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
