Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Identifying internal and external client needs and understanding the goals and objectives to address these needs
• Developing and delivering risk consulting services
• Generating program related recommendations to impact strategic goals of the insured
• Managing and using data to develop and sell a strategic plan
• Working effectively with field personnel and field management as needed
• Able to complete OSHA 10 & 30 hour Construction and General Industry training

Position Requirements:

Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Able to process multiple tasks simultaneously
Operates with limited management involvement; can carry out detailed instructions
Strong project management skills
Technically competent in industry exposures and controls; easily supports findings
Adaptable to new methodologies and able to adjust to implementation of same
An \"out of the box\" thinker; comfortable researching and applying innovative solutions
Certified Safety Professional designation preferred but not required
