Manager is responsible for implementation, maintenance and control of Quality Manual, Work Procedures, Code Revisions and Records. Position includes approving all revisions, new procedures, work instructions, needed exhibits, conformities and performing and review of Jurisdictional Supervisor audits. The Manager shall maintain and keep current the Quality Program Manual and associated field requirements.
Additional responsibilities include:
Develop all procedures, SOP, training and requirements for the program.
Responsible for jurisdictional activities in US & Canada.
Provide engineering support to the regional underwriting office for Energy & Middle Market Property accounts, as well as development of business practice for prospective new business and renewal accounts.
Support underwriters with submissions by establishing account MFL's to determine underwriting capacity, risk ratings to determine quality of risk , and evaluate mandatory recommendation compliance, loss control service needs and costs.
Provide engineering services that enhance underwriting performance by helping reduce overall account loss potential, improve account risk quality through risk assessments and risk improvement consultations, and in the acquisition of good quality new business
