The Broker Customer Service Representative will leverage customer service expertise, along with in-depth knowledge of the organization, claims workflows and product knowledge to respond to inquiries received from Special Risk and Corporate Brokers. This position will require research, analysis and engagement of internal stakeholders. Position will ensure outstanding service levels and a positive customer experience. Position will assist in identifying recurring themes, quality and or knowledge gaps/trends and highlight improvement ideas for management review and consideration. Tracking and communicating Claim Service Levels will be required to demonstrate AIG's proven claim payment process to external Brokers and clients. Position may also be assigned special projects.
