Job Purpose:

Provide general legal & administrative support to the Staff Counsel offices.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing incoming mail, including but not limited to: opening/coding mail; reviewing mail with remote attorneys; importing triaged items into iView. Responsible for accurately entering calendar and activity diary dates into Team Connect. Responsible for opening new files, including establishing suits in Team Connect; creating electronic file folders and creating file templates. Responsible for processing case related invoices and incoming checks (Non-Financial Authority) Responsible for ordering office supplies, processing Ariba invoices, either as primary or backup, and maintaining office inventories Other administrative tasks as necessary.

Technical Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience and general knowledge of the litigation process.
  • High School Diploma / GED Required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills & attention to details.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
