The role is for a Global Product Line Executive responsible for Terrorism and Political Violence within AIG. As the Global Product Line Executive for Terrorism and Political Violence , you will be expected to drive growth & profitability in the overall global portfolio while working with various stakeholders to develop market specific strategies aimed at supporting the portfolio.
25 % - Develops and implements strategies to maximize penetration, volume/growth and profitability of Terrorism on a Global basis.
25 % - Serves as a technical expert and exercises technical authority with regards to underwriting issues for Global Terrorism.
25 % - Manages the Global Terrorism product line to the established business plan, makes decisions in response to market conditions and provides product specific training within and outside the respective divisions. The position is accountable for the overall performance of the Global Terrorism Product Line.
25 % - Plan, manage and evaluate work of the underwriting team, as well as make recommendations regarding underwriting authority and areas of further growth within Terrorism.
- Minimum 10+ years of insurance experience with expert knowledge of the Terrorism market.
- Prior experience developing and leading a product is desired.
- Strong communication, presentation and computer skills required.
