Personal Accident Claim Examiner to handle all aspects of claim resolution for assigned claims while providing world class service to external and internal customers. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Confirming coverage of claims by reviewing policies and documents submitted in support of claims.

Analyzes coverage and communicate coverage position.

Conduct, coordinate and direct investigation into loss facts

Determine eligibility of claims and amounts owed under the terms of the contract.

Recognize and pursue subrogation where warranted.

Highly organized with ability to work in high pace environment. Insurance claims experience of at least 1+ years with exposure to Accident&Health claims or medical bill processing. Candidate should have above average computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to read and interpret insurance policies. Must be able to work in a high pace, team oriented environment. Any Accident and Health State Adjuster licenses a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
