BA within SDLC environment, will be managing documents within sharepoint Responsible for serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses an understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile) technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterpriseŁs competitive edge. May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. Analyzes business partnerŁs operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. May act as change management agent. Responsibilities - Project Co-ordination, assisting manager with billing reconciliations and other technology process asset management. (training will be provided) Responsible for serving as a liaison between the developers and the application support teams in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Possesses an understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile), technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to technology units supported to enhance the enterprise competitive edge. . Analyze IT area's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to make recommendations to automate processes and functions. Prepare project status reports with input from various members of support team. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between developers and IT operations and support teams from initial requirements to final implementation. May involve analyzing IT security processes.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience and relevant technical or business work experience. Business Analyst Technical, Required skills - SDLC, TFS, Sharepoint content organization, MS Office proficiency (including pivot tables in Excel), authoring BRDs, Wireframes, Traceability matrix, excellent writing and organizing skills, ability to work with multiple managers. Prefer strong Excel skills Will provide production support
