AIG has an opportunity for a Casualty Risk Consultant to join its Client Risk Solutions (CRS) Liability Risk Consulting team. AIG's overall goal is to become our clients' most valued insurer. CRS's mission is to provide a holistic view of a clients' risk landscape, going beyond the traditional risk transfer services, and provide advice on how to make smarter risk management decisions. This position is focused on strategically working with clients and brokers to provide support for the primary and excess Casualty business units. Position Responsibilities include: o Engaging with key casualty clients in the zone to deliver outcome based consulting (OBC) with a measurable impact on the client's total cost of risk. Define success metrics and key performance indicators and track and communicate progress against goals. o Train and educate internal stakeholders and brokers by clearly communicating and demonstrating the Liability Risk Consulting value proposition. o Collaborate with other customer-facing teams including AIG Underwriting, Distribution, and Claims to develop a more effective client engagement & stewardship strategy. o Developing and maintaining relationships with key brokers in the zone to develop business strategy to support AIG and broker risk consulting engagement o Coordinate training for zone distribution, underwriting and claims staff on relevant topics identified by internal business stakeholders o Broaden the distribution of existing LRC services and create new opportunities to generate additional revenue and service fees for CRS

Job Requirements:
Technically competent in industry exposures and controls; easily supports findings
• Operate with limited management involvement; can carry out detailed instructions
• Able to process multiple tasks simultaneously
• Adaptable to new methodologies and able to adjust to implementation of same
• Able to identify internal and external client needs and understand the goals and objectives to address these needs
• Experience in developing and delivering risk consulting services
• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
• Generate program related recommendations to impact strategic goals of the insured
• Ability to obtain and combine data to develop a strategic plan
• Work effectively with field personnel and field management as needed
• Capable of learning Construction or Energy operations to service either industry
