The Multinational Operations Senior Business Analyst will play an integral role in the development of innovative insights and solutions to drive superior service performance

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Document core operational processes, creating detailed process maps and associated materials as needed for key applications such as Client Portal and others

• Conduct interviews to extract process knowledge from key staff and translate into process maps and detailed training materials that capture step-by-step activities required by each team and role to complete each process

• Work closely with functional and business areas to ensure documented operational processes are understood and implemented consistently for shared services and other operational efficiency areas

• Support project feasibility and business case development, matching projects to the strategic priorities of the Business Partners

• Ensure process improvement are translated to business requirements for IT design

• Be able to rapidly and effectively build a measures framework for monitoring, control, and/or improvement

• Understand how to model business processes at various levels of detail

• Understand how to present the results of process analysis in a compelling way

• Be able to apply critical success factors in process analysis and design

• Define change management process to ensure that updates to processes are fully documented and understood by all stakeholders

• Develop and roll out implementation plan to ensure new and existing staff use the new process documentation and conduct the required trainings using the standard operational processes

• Monitor staff use of new process documentation and establish reporting metrics to identify future changes required to drive improvement

• Interpret, recommend, evaluate, and analyze data, business processes, procedures and controls

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that form a basis for repeatability but that also facilitate creativity

• Manage and deliver process optimization projects

• Think strategically and identify opportunities for optimization

Job Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience of working with or in an operational environment would be advantageous
  • Some Lean, Six Sigma and/or Industrial Engineering experience
  • Solid experience in process re-engineering, analytics, in particular process mapping, data analysis, business requirements design and redesign
  • Ability to learn and apply leading methods, process models and associated tools & techniques
  • Strong process skills, analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Financial Services sector
  • Ability to acquire new skills and apply these in challenging environments
  • Strong PC, Presentation and documentation skills, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-learning, energetic, enthusiastic and good team player
  • Willing to work hard and under pressure
  • Able to cope with tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • MUST HAVE strong attention to detail

Consulting background is a plus
