AIG Travel Claims has new opportunities in their Customer Service Department. The Claims Call Center Representative provides excellent customer service in setting up new claims by collecting data from the insured and entering the information into the computer system, answering coverage questions based on the insurance description of coverage, providing accurate status information on existing claims, provides prompt and professional telephone service and supports the claims unit by accomplishing any related tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, professional telephone etiquette, business writing skills, computer experience including Microsoft Office, promptness, dependability, the ability to understand and apply insurance policy wording, and adaptability to an ever changing work environment.
Shift Available: 11a-7p, Monday - Friday
