We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager, Savings & Reporting to join our Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (GS&PS) team. This role can be based in either our New York, NY (downtown Manhattan) or Berkeley Heights, NJ office locations.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for overall GS&PS savings program and ensuring audit approved guidelines are met and reflected in validated savings initiatives
  • Point person for managing, reviewing, validating, tracking and communicating process for complex savings initiative (i.e. multi-year deals, non-traditional baselines, etc.)
  • Manage savings process, documentation, communications, training, and continuous improvements
  • Implement Savings Guideline/Process Documents across GS&SPS
  • Manage Archer Upgrade and Enhancements throughout Q1 & Q2
    • Program Manage Upgrade and Enhancement activities including; UAT, Create Training Documents, Train users, 2018 Archer Enhancements
    • Change Management activities and updating leadership on progress
  • Develop and launch the 2018 Archer submissions process (i.e. directions for how/when to create pipeline initiatives per savings targets)
  • Lead monthly update meetings and develop content for meeting
  • Oversee and direct India team members supporting savings review, validation and reporting in Archer
  • Enhance reporting capabilities
    • Continue to manage existing daily reports which are currently developed by the India team
    • Develop self-service reporting for category leads and sourcing managers

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing savings programs and validating savings calculations/submissions against firm's methodology and savings best practices
  • Proficient in contract terms and sourcing or procurement process and mechanics
  • Ability to manage continuous improvement efforts and identify efficiency and effectiveness opportunities
  • Strong analytical, technical, time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Tableau, Qlikview or other related analytical, data mining and visualization skills
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team. Will oversee and lead small teams off shore
  • Able to manage and balance multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Takes initiative in order to execute projects and assignments; seeks alternative solutions for best possible business outcome
  • Strong business and collaboration skills and responsive to services needs and operational demand
