The CSR in our Emergency Center will handle incoming calls from various clientele; provide services including lost luggage tracking, sending emergency wires, assisting with merchant charges or emergency hotel check ins as well assisting with passport replacements, benefit inquiries and any other situation that could be deemed a travel emergency. Acknowledgement of the customers concerns, providing empathy, building rapport, customer follow up, case research and documentation are all essential tasks of this position. Qualified candidates must have 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
Ability to think outside the box, think quickly on your feet, and respond to high end clientele with professionalism
Must be organized, thorough, able to multi-task and deal with atypical situations.
Must have the ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutions.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
International Travel Experience, Travel Industry and Geography knowledge is helpful.
