Workshop Manager - Covington, KY, Westlake, TX or Smithfield RI
As a Workshop Manager you'll be coordinating employee education workshops to meet Fidelity and client educational meeting objectives while facilitating the allocation of daily workshops, resolving issues/escalations and consulting on more unique client requests.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- College degree preferred
- Prior customer service or phone experience required
- Familiarity with Fidelity's products, services and online tools is desirable
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Workshop Manager, you will be working with internal business partners and clients to help develop and coordinate educational meeting programs. You will be scheduling and coordinating employee meetings while managing a daily workload of requests including onsite/online workshops and benefit fairs. Workshop Managers respond to and resolve all logistical needs, issues related to meeting preparation and delivery and ensuring all required presentation materials are requested.

The role of the Workshop Manager centers around the partnership with internal Fidelity relationship management teams, our plan sponsors, and our investment education presenters to ensure that we optimize the allocation of education days that a plan sponsor receives. The Workshop Manager takes a consultative approach to better understand the goals and objectives a plan sponsor has and seeks to understand the employee demographics along with the workforce operational considerations, to determine the best execution plan to maximize the impact Fidelity can make.
