  • Series 7 and 63 required
  • Life Insurance and Series 66 within 4 months of hire date
  • Extensive product knowledge and familiarity with guidance tools and strategies required
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, CFP and/or five years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred

The Value You Deliver
  • Providing subject matter expertise on a wide range of financial planning  and investment solutions, including managed solutions, wealth advisory services, insurance offerings, and retirement
  • Delivering support to associates with any and all guidance, Portfolio Advisory services, Insurance, mutual fund and Brokerage needs
  • Driving national campaigns and initiatives by effectively collaborating with the VP of Sales and peers throughout six phone sites
  • Partnering with and supporting the Call Center Management teams by leveraging development plans to ensure associates are improving their skills and abilities to execute in their roles
  • Enabling associates to become highly proficient sales consultants by embracing consultative selling practices
  • Facilitating "best practice sharing" and dialogue, while driving accountability within phone teams
  • Leading by example and demonstrating organized preparation and effective follow up skills
How Your Work Impacts the Organization


Working in concert with the site Vice President of Sales, it is the responsibility of the Phone Regional Planning Consultant  to align the business goals of the regional center while meeting the needs of the client.  It is essential that the Phone RPC embed themselves throughout the phone site, providing expert coaching and consultation to all levels of experienced associates.  Ultimately responsible for supporting all educational efforts, they have a significant impact on the site knowledge, production and business results.
