The Purpose of Your Role

The role of the VP, Internal Divisional Manager is to set the strategic direction of internal sales teams specific to their channel of distribution (wealth advisor, wire house). The IDM will work to build and maintain a strong partnership with the field counter parts to the internal channel teams. The IDM will also ensure execution on the key initiatives of FIAM and the FIAM Internal Distribution team.
