Will analyze business and technology systems and processes to identify user needs and document requirements, and address operations, process issues, and process improvements to accomplish business objectives. Will analyze, evaluate, and implement improvements to business systems and processes.   

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis, evaluation, and identification of customer requirements and issues. 
  • Work with peers and senior team members to elicit and capture business requirements. 
  • Participate in the creation of project life cycle deliverables, including project charter, (Project Planning and Initiation-PPI), fusion preparation and presentation, business requirements document (BRD/ARL), user stories, service model and business case, including cost benefit analysis. 
  • Work with end users to identify, define, interpret, and clarify scope of problems/issues.
  • Formulate logical statements of business, technical, and systems requirements.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of Systems Prospectus (Systems Requirements Analysis-SRA), Systems Delivery Specifications (SRA/SDS), Systems Context Diagram, User Stories, User Procedure Documents (UPD), and training documents.
  • Perform feasibility and cost/benefits analysis as it relates to business needs.
  • Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective business decision-making.
  • Recommend efficient and cost effective solutions for the systems and/or process design.
  • Create detailed use cases, oversee the process and logistical issues with team development of use case models, and translate use cases into detailed functional requirements.
  • Review and prioritize incidents with developers and operations.
  • Plan and execute tasks for end-to-end business/operational processes. 
  • Communicate project milestones and project status, and identify and escalate issues to Project Managers. 
  • Work with business partners to review business requirements, prioritization of activities, new business opportunities, implementation activities, rollout, and ongoing support; and with systems partners to review technical direction, user interface standards, and project resource coordination (prototyping, testing).
  • Perform Business Acceptance Testing during project life cycle and product launches.
