Tips

Opportunity is Knocking!

Are you are searching for your next "work place home?" Looking for a new "home" is not an easy process. You must put forth as much effort as if you were looking for an actual house! Sometimes you must unlock a lot of doors and circle the block a time or two, before a decision can be made. Here are a few things to consider during your search:

Location. Is this new company a reasonable commute for you and your clients?

Aesthetics. What is the company image? Does it exceed your expectations?

Covenants. What restrictions or sacrifices will you face? Are the right rules in place to protect you and your clients?

Upgrades. Does the new company allow you to serve your clients better? Do they offer technology or programs that put your clients first?

Financing. Will there be a transition bonus? What cost will you be accountable for?

Once you’ve dug into your "home search" you should feel good about your move. However, the hardest part of moving is the packing! Be sure to prepare well in advance, organize well, and remember- to roll out your welcome mat and be ready to host your Open House!
