The Team

 The Expertise You Have

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and development, including writing content for varied delivery methods and to align with performance objectives, storyboarding, and e-Learning solutions

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven predisposition to facilitating in traditional or virtual classrooms

  • Advanced knowledge of WS policies and procedures, products, systems and platforms, Fidelity practices, financial services industry regulations, market trends, and Fidelity business goals or relevant corporate learning experience

  • Ability to multi-task, manage own workload, and maintain flexibility in a work environment with changing priorities 

  • Strong commitment to individual performance and development

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience

  • FINRA Series 7 licenses permitted, but not required

The Skills You Bring

  • 5 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions, (e.g. job aids, instructor-led and virtual training, reference materials)

  • Strong knowledge and application of adult learning principles

  • Proven exemplary written and oral communication skills

  • Strength in adult facilitation techniques, including virtual delivery

  • Very curious and love to problem solve

  • Agility to move between different tasks, projects, and deliverables

  • Take pride in your work and have a detail-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work well on teams and in cross-collaborative environments

  • Eagerness to learn driven by self-motivation, curiosity, and ability to ask questions and challenge the status quo

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Comfortable exploring and mastering new technologies

  • Recognize the impact that effective learning solutions can have on the performance of an individual, a team, and a business unit.
