As a Claims Analyst II, you will handle claims from inception through conclusion of Professional Liability matters, including Cyber, Network Security, Business Interruption, Media and Technology exposures. Current open pending is approximately 235 claims.
This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Claims.
*Investigate/Evaluate coverage, litigation management and settlement negotiation.
*Interface with insureds, brokers and counsel to resolve claims.
*Travel for mediation attendance and trials as necessary.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
*Claims or litigation background (Minimum 2 years relevant insurance/claims experience).
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
*Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
*Bachelor's Degree preferred; JD highly preferred.
