The Process

We will guide you through a series of interview "wizards" that help us learn more about you, your job requirements and to create a Profile. You will be asked to provide targeted information that hiring Firms want to know. It’s Easy, the entire process should take less than 10 minutes.

Confidentiality

For some, it is important that your job search is kept Confidential. We have built this into BrokerHunter as the "default" status. There is no complicated setup required to post a Confidential Profile.

If you choose, you may select a NON-Confidential status to increase your visibility with the hiring firms on our site. The choice is yours, and it is very easy to set up and change your Profile, to protect your identity and still maximize your search.

How it Works

There are three primary ways that you can use BrokerHunter to find job opportunities in the Securities Industry.

• Automated Matching - of your qualifications with Firm Job Postings (SmartAds) will occur the minute you complete your enrollment Profile. Look in the "My Job Matches" in your Account Menu for all of the jobs, for which, you qualify. You may instantly Apply to these jobs online.
• Quick Search for Jobs - Use this menu option to locate jobs in your desired location(s) that appeal to you and instantly Apply.
• Non-Confidential Candidate Profile - If you select this option, your Profile will be available for our Firms to view and to contact you directly, if interested.

Whichever method or combination of methods you use, BrokerHunter is available for you to actively seek new opportunities in your area or Nationwide.
