1. Job Posting

There is the usual online job posting that, to which, Candidates can search out, view and apply. In fact, with our heavy and highly targeted traffic, you will get lots of exposure from the posting alone.

Candidates can easily apply to you with the click of a mouse. When they apply, you will receive an email from BrokerHunter with their Profile/Resume immediately. Alternatively, you can direct them to a application method of your choice; such as your career center or include your email, phone number and/or fax number as contact methods.

2. SmartMatch

SmartMatch automatically matches the requirements (highlighted in Red) you select for the position; for registrations held, Gross Production, Assets under management (AUM), Years Experience in the business and Education level.
